This simple interval timer will track time during your workout to keep you working hard.
This app is suitable for many types of workout, including: HIIT, Pilates, Tabata, Yoga, and more.
Easily create, edit, and delete timed intervals for your workouts. Timers countdown each exercise, rest and recovery period – and the full workout. Sound and/or vibrate signal the end of each interval. There is a large display which can be read at a distance. You can see a visual history of your recent workout history. Both English and German languages are available. The app can be displayed in light or dark mode, and has a choice of sounds.
